WPopt outage on server 23

Looks like the platform-23.wpopt.net server is back up and running.

A few minutes ago our monitoring notified us that five of our client sites are down at the moment. They all appear to be on WPopt’s “ca-platform-23” server.

We are reaching out to WPopt and will continue to investigate.
