BigScoots outage

BigScoots has confirmed with us that this networking issue has been fully resolved and there is no reason to expect it to happen again.

Our monitoring is showing sites back up. Hopefully the @bigscoots issue is fully resolved; we will continue to monitor for a little while.

BigScoots appears to be having an outage. They have already contacted us to say that it should be resolved soon. Please stand by for more updates.
