Cloudflare issue in Virginia

This issue is now resolved. @BigScoots, who first reported this issue to us and communicated directly with @Cloudflare throughout, posted an update here:

Cloudflare reports that they have implemented a fix, and are monitoring the results.

We’ve received reports of users/visitors in Virginia being unable to access sites.

Users routed through Cloudflare’s Ashburn, VA datacenter may experience issues. Cloudflare is aware of the issue:
