The editor hyperlinking issue continues to be an issue as far as we’re aware. However, if you’re on version 20.3 or above and haven’t had an issue with inserting hyperlinks into posts, you should be good to update to the most recent version at this time.

Recent Yoast updates seem to have resolved known issues except the editor hyperlinking issue. However, if you’re on version 20.3 or above and haven’t had an issue with inserting hyperlinks into posts, you should be good to update to the most recent version at this time.

The latest release Yoast SEO (20.4) has not resolved the hyperlinking issue. At this time, we still recommend holding off on updating.
